Hello everyone, I'm looking to find Lyranth's Letter but they are no longer at the previous locations at Lyranth's Letter. Does anyone know where I could find it?

IdolaDeus✭✭Lyranth's Letter can be found at the location where you first talked to Rogatina Cinna in one of the Alliance Capitals (ZOS has moved her to Belkarth in U40 but left the letter).
