My skeleton would go to me and explode, not the target, when I tried it recently.
I don't play my Necromancer alt often, but this was really annoying!
Did I miss something noting this?

frogthroat✭✭✭I have tested this in vTI just to see if this morph works and if you solo dungeons, yes, I can see the point. Make the build heavy on DOTs and use Venom Skull as a spammable. I don't really like to solo with a necro so I won't be using this morph, as in groups you want the old blastbones. Or, in this case the other morph. I really hate the delay before you get the buff, tho.
If you solo content with a necro, yeah, sure, this morph might be useful. However, like I said I don't like to solo with a necro so perhaps some necro main has some other ideas.0 -

Most people that play ESO are quite casual and do not even open up forums or reddit or patch notes. And that is perfectly fine way to play, might even be more enjoyable and immersive not to be involved on the innerworkings of a game you like to play.

I read enough for my job, I don't want to spend hours reading patch notes. And when I have they are often full of lots of things I don't care about.
A forum is for conversation. Fine if some are quickly answered.

Of course, shame on me. I think most would've preferred a simple tweak to its effect to take into account that it leaps at your opponent as opposed to running at them, limiting the damage bonus (if anything at all)."...and storms shall sunder the skies, and war will tear the world apart, and the dead shall rule the lands."0
