Probably because in every MMO that has ever launched people always have some concern about PvP. The challenge for the devs is in determining if it is a genuine balance issue or a L2P issue. Because people always come to the forums to QQ when they get owned in PvP. The people who are happy with their class generally don't come to the forums to talk about how happy they are.

It doesn't mean the devs aren't reading or paying attention - problems that are identified will probably be fixed in future patches like the vampire stacking bug and the mist form fix. But they won't be engaging in a back and forth with butthurt people who want their class buffed for some perceived problem. Otherwise Zenimax would have to employ a full time person just to deal with the QQ which really never ends.
