Can't buy ESO plus

Hello,

When I try to buy ESO+ from the US store using my Microsoft account balance I'm required to add "a backup way to pay" without which I cannot finalize the transaction.

I have 47$ in my Microsoft account and the subscription is 14.99$

You can ONLY buy this with a valid credit card or PayPal account.

What Microsoft is doing in the area of subscription sales policy will destroy the XBOX game TESO. In Russia it is generally impossible to buy an ESO + subscription. Yes, we have localization, but we cant buy ESO+ for Xbox. Compared to the number of players on the PS4-Eu, the XBOX-EU is a desert.

I bought a card balance 15 euro . During ESO plus it gives the option to add gift card . Added that then selected use account balance but ESO won't let me getting error codes . Ps for my daughtera account

I stumbled upon the same problem, when trying to buy from my Xbox console.

I had to buy it from the phone app to succeed.
