Hi - I 'claimed' the March 2nd daily reward but didn't open the crate until the following day. This delay caused me to lose one day - as though I hadn't claimed it on the 2nd. Is this normal practice or a bug?

    Do you mean the second reward of the month? If so it wasnt a crate, it was the orsinium dlc. Are you missing a day on your rewards calendar?
