6% per target stacking 6 times, still only gives you 1 stack of 6% no matter how many targets you hit. Please fix it
Does bleed dmg, never seems to proc bleed though, please also fix.

✭✭✭✭✭just because it does bleed, its not guaranteed to proc the status effect unless it specifically states so
the base chance for an attack to proc status effects would be as follows:- Weapon enchants 20%
- Single Target Direct Damage 10%
- Area of Effect Direct Damage 5%
- Single Target Damage over Time 3%
- Area of Effect Damage over Time 1%
- Light and Heavy Attacks 0%
the dot would likely be considered single target dmg over time, so it would only have a 3% chance per tick to trigger the status effect (though its always weird how it types some things, if its considered a aoe dot then its even less chance to trigger status effects)
the change on the PTS applying hemorrhaging on each tick is for the other morph (rend)plays PC/NA
