where best to get the new jewelry traits to research?

Is there already a guide somewhere? I made some cursory searches and didn't see anything. I wondered if they are quest rewards? Just looking to avoid paying a lot at the traders if there is another way. TIA, sorry if this is a basic question.

nonstopSoul ShrivenUnfortunately, the easiest and fastest way to find the trait to research is to buy the items from Guild Vendors. Instead of looking for them in quests, grind and save gold so you can buy them. Use tamrieltradecentre.com, use the "advance search," look for the trait you are looking for, and you can also scale the price range.
If you are lucky, you can find items cheaper than you might expect. You just have to be fast, though, in visiting the Guild Trader to buy the item. If you still prefer questing them, good luck.0 -
