Dark Brotherhood - Herminius Andus - not giving kill credit / achievement

Achievemented bugged: Blackest Sacrament
Herminius Andus is part of the list of NPCs you need to kill as part of the Blackest Sacrament achievement.
Killed him twice with two different characters today when he was offered as one of the targets. Killing him did not provide credit for the kill on achievement list, nor did killing him and turning in the quest.
Other NPCs on this list are updating just fine when killed - for me it is just Herminius Andus that on multiple characters do not update credit for kill.

Jacozilla✭✭✭✭✭More info - it is not just Herminius Andus but other named targets not giving kill credit for achievement.
Seems like if the target listed is the 2nd optional target, don't get credit for the kill to update Blackest Sacrament.
I've now gone in with several other characters needing kill credit for different targets, and am getting credit only for the main primary target, not the 2nd optional listed one.
To be very clear -killing both targets count for completing the Daily quest, but does NOT give credit properly for the Blackest Sacrament list.0 -

November 2023. No credit for kill. This achievement is still bugged. Please can you get this fixed. I submitted a bug report.0 -
