Sound in ESO Stuttering.

Hello all,
When playing ESO I get sound stuttering that's maybe a millisecond or so. It happens sometimes at character selection screen but mainly in game. It is most noticeable when an NPC is talking or in combat or traveling and its frustrating. It is currently (to the best of my knowledge) happening pretty randomly. So far these are the steps I have taken:
1) Ran Repair
2) Uninstall / Reinstall
3) Updated all drivers (Audio,GPU etc...)
To no avail it did not help! I am not having any other sound issues with windows or in games (WoW,Lost Ark etc...)
If anyone has any ideas please let me know!
Take care,

That helpfile is not helping with the described problem.
The problem is not having no sound, but having the sound stutter.

I have thise since U33 and it is getting worse by the day.
Meanwhile, I also have graphic stutters simultaniously with the sound glitches.

I reported graphic and sound stutter and I reported it right after U33. With details. ZOS seems to have its head somewhere where it can't hear these reports of ours.

Same problem. Normal tech fixes don't fix it. I've had it for a few months now but it usually kicks in right after I kill something or part way through killing something a little bigger. Takes awhile to recover and catch up and while that happens the environments won't load.

Two more steps to try for helping with the sound stuttering would be repairing the game files through the launcher and going through a reinstall of ESO. If you've done both steps and still have sound stutter, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support.

    Take care,

I had a lot of stuttering after the update and had some success with disabling "NVidia Virtual Audio Device" in device manager. Also "NVidia High Definition Audio" but by monitor uses the latter and I use my monitor sound, so sometimes leave it on.

Not sure if you have NVidia or not but their sound drivers routinely bug ESO out for me even when I think I am not using for them for anything.

Disabling the NVIDIA sound Devices actually helped a bit.
It did not fully stoip the stuttering, but it seems to have an effect.
I also noticed that disabling Ambient Occlusion seems to help a bit.

Also I notices, that the stuttering seems to be worse in zones with a lot of flames, like City of Ash.
And also in the evening? Maybe something to do with server occupancy?

Mabe these observations help in narrowing down the actual problem.

I had a slight sound stutter for the first time ever the other day when wayshrining into Vulkhel Guard. It only lasted a few seconds.

I know this is a necropost, but it may help. I was having stuttering problems, then checked my bluetooth settings and somehow had 2 different bluetooth headphones connected. I disconnect the one that I wasn't wearing and haven't had any more stuttering.
