No EU no matter what I do, reboot, relog nothing works? Anyone else?

Mcboland✭✭✭4hrs later I could get back on, but it does this every time I log off a character on EU.0

Mcboland✭✭✭Found it finally, no help from ZOS. If playing in fullscreen and tab out while switching characters it locks up.
If I switch to windowed(fullscreen) no issues. Even tho it locked up still don't know while it takes hours to be able to log back in?0 -
