Now that I’ve made my Nord dk tank I plan on making my second toon a Argonian warden healer any advice on what skills and sets should i get? Also I forgot to mention as a healer how much magicka should I have?

For PVE, powerful assault + spell power cure + magma incarnate sets work well.
1st bar: enchanted growth, radiating regeneration, echoing vigor, blue betty, lotus blossom, aggressive horn.
2nd bar: subterranean assault, mystic orb, razor caltrops, winters revenge, elemental blockade, reviving barrier.

I have several of my builds on eso-hub including what I use for dungeon trifectas, pugs, trials, vCR+3 KH, and vAS GH. I don’t recall how finished they are but the gist should be right.

There’s 6 5pc sets of interest: powerful assault, spellpower cure, master architect, roaring opportunist, jorvuld’s guidance, pillager’s profit. Sometimes saxhleel or martial knowledge but the above 6 are most used— master architect can be removed from the list if you intend to use PA for dungeons. They’re both good dungeon choices paired with SPC.
Good other sets: brp restro (vSS tombs and MGF HM), dsa restro (frontbar), troll king, ozezan, symphony of blades, magma incarnate helmet + spaulder shoulder, pearls of elnofey (to go with pillagers).

Usually as a warden you’ll be placed as kite healer in trials so I would focus on getting spc, pp, symphony, dsa restro, and for dungeons, pa or ma.

Spell Power Cure is the best set for groups. Powerful Assault, Transformative Hope, Pillagers Profit, and Roaring Opportunist are probably the best trials sets to pair with it. Olorime is a decent substitute for SPC and it pairs well with Jorvulds Guidance. Monster sets depend on the group and the content. Nightflame, Earthgore, Sentinel of Rkugamz, Symphony of Blades, Troll King, and Chokethorn are all good healing sets. Encratis Behemoth is great if you have a magic-heavy group (have not used with an Arcanist-heavy group, probably would not work). Magma Incarnate is solid raid support set. Perfected Grand Rejuvenation is a big help. Ice staff for front bar, if you don't have ice, lightning is a decent substitute.

As for skills, Radiating Regeneration, Combat Prayer, and Illustrious Healing are my core healing skills with Enchanted Forest as the ultimate. Aggressive Horn and Echoing Vigor if you are running Powerful Assault, if not, you can run other skills as a tank will run Horn quite often. Energy Orb and Enchanted Growth for group support and sustain. Blue Betty for yourself. Fetcher Infection for minor vulnerability. Budding Seeds for supporting the group, Leeching Vines/Living Trellis if you are supporting a tank. Elemental Blockade for damage and chilled/concussed.

One other monster set that people sleep on is Archdruid Devyric if neither tank is running Turning Tide.

Don't worry about Maxmagicka. You will have what you will have. The 5 piece bonuses are what's important. And that you learn your healer rotations.

Warden has good passives for healing, so look at all of them and utilise them.

You also need to find a skill setup that suits your playstyle and/or how your brain is wired. Sounds strange, but I had to experiment around a lot, until I got good enough for trial healing. For example I wanted the flowers on my frontbar, so that I could spamm it for it's insta heal. Conversely I put shrooms on the backbar, because I only used it for its sustain buffs. And they run relatively long with 20s.
If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

Personally, I like the Ro/Jo combo for a warden healer - roaring opportunist and jorvulds guidance. I think Jorvulds is a no brainer on a warden healer because it brings so many different buffs, so Jorvulds helps maximize the uptime on those buffs. And in a trial setting, the healer wearing jorvulds should also run Roaring Opportunist to maximize the uptime on major slayer.

there is one that provides the vulnerability status to enemies... you wont get as much respect as you deserve for providing support debuff but its what makes warden support so good as i guess pretty much any class can heal...

Hiya! You're already on the right track. You should put all of your attributes into Magicka and use various foods or glyphs to alter your other stats when needed. Your mag on a Warden with the proper gear on and good buff should be anywhere between 32,000 and 40,000 generally.

What kind of content will you be focusing?
