Bad latency today or just me?

I usually have pretty bad latency because I play from Australia but today it seems exceptionally bad.

    Huge latency spikes over past 30 minutes. Just got kicked from game to inability to connect to server (error 103).

    All other games and internet are functioning fine. At 625 DL and 25 UL speeds atm. This is a ZOS server issue yet again.

    Same after update 39 dropped I'm getting extreme lag spikes. My ping went from 300 to 500 with frequent 999+ spikes

    Not just you. Since U39 latency and disconnects have been much worse. I was 250-300ms most of the evening yesterday in a low populated instance of Necrom.

    It's ok my latency seems to have gone back down to my normal two bars again now.

    I've been experiencing this issue as well since U39. Lots of stuttering and large lag spikes. No changes to system or connection between U38 and U39. Did not have this problem in U38.
