Getting dropped from server from opening mails saying it's "too many messages"

I have to open tons of mails. Crafting rewards from multiple characters. Tribute rewards. Rewards for the Worthy.
And I am getting dropped since update.
Couldn't you just put these items in mail and stop making us open all of these?
