At Gamescom 2023 AMD revealed these new techs and that are implementable in any game kinda automatically turning on a switch without needing the devs to spend too much time.

May we please have a confirmation, at the latest in the next "Year End letter" by Firor, about if these techs will be added in ESO, and if they will come to consoles too, since AMD specifically stated Xboxs are capable?
An indicative date for the implementation would be appreciated too.

Thanks devs (and AMD) and keep up the good work! Exited for Update40 and what's coming next...

FSR 2 still doesn't work with DX11, iirc, in which case this game wouldn't be eligible. While FSR 3 is said to be easy to implement once FSR 2 is implemented, I don’t think FSR 3 can be supported where 2 cannot. I would be interested to hear otherwise if that’s changed, as my info might be out of date.

But AMD also announced a discrete implementation of their new AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) feature, which they say will be able to be applied at the driver level to all DX11 and DX12 games. That should be released in Q1 2024, but it will require an AMD GPU to use those drivers and perhaps RDNA3 specifically.

Maybe I got it wrong, but I understood that the whole HYPR-RX package, comprehensive of FSR3, is compatible with all DirectX 11 games.
They also stated it is compatible with Xbox consoles, so I think it should have a broader adoption on the game developers side compared to FSR2.

Still, having news around the matter directly from ESO devs at some point would be welcome!
