Visually impaired - Larger Mouse Icon Add-on?

I'm visually impaired unfortunately (glasses can't fix it). Things that have helped me game are larger screen sizes which is why I just got a 4k UW monitor which helps me in every aspect EXCEPT the dang mouse cursor. It's microscopic!
Is there an add-on that increases the size of it or an option in-game already that I'm missing? Seems foolish to get this massive screen and then not be able to see what I'm clicking on.
Also, if there are any modders out there that can do this, I'd be eternally grateful!

It lets you put a compass around the cursor. You can change the size of the of the compass, which may help you see the area easier.PC - NA - AD
