Lost lobby connection

when i first login game is fine runs fine plays fine but as soon as i try to logout and play another character i keep getting lost lobby connection when i try to login on them. sometimes it works and just takes ages but most time just says lost lobby connection. i checked that eso is let through the firewall and opened to the ports in the router that was suggested still have the problem

✭I've had this problem for over a month now, gotta wait 10 minutes between character swap for daily writs, pretty much don't do them anymore, I also don't bother signing up for a trial if I have to swap characters because more often than not they start without me, which I don't blame them, they prob think I'm not coming back. Only to have to swap back to my main, which also disconnects me.
My ports and firewall settings are fine. Began just prior to Necrom for me.0 -
