PC-EU (Steam). Infinite loading screen and then cannot login into the game

When I tried to enter Bearclaw Mine, I saw infinite loading screen. I waited about five minutes and then closed the game process eso.exe. After that, I tried to log in several times, but no luck. No any errors just infinite login attempt. Restarting steam and PC didn't help.

    Yes, a lot of us are experiencing the same issue. It is server side error.

    Same problem here (PC-EU).
    Wanted to exit a delve in Cyrodiil, when the infinite loading screen happened. Cannot log back since then. (Login timeout error message)
