Tracing Shadows quest bugged

Killed big bad, as soon as he's dead can't loot him, can't read anything ("E", "R", pick lock on chest). Relogged, everything working fine until I killed the big bad again (Bar'tolo or whatever). Relogged, did it a third time just to test, same results. Hope you guys fix this relatively quickly; hate to spend my vacay waiting for you to fix the bug.

New Day. Deleted above toon; created new Arcanist; took different track/quest. Currently running Piteous Envoy. Worked through baddies, killed a final baddie, and had to take last scroll. Unable to use "E", or "R". Unable to loot last kill. Relogged. Quest reset to beginning.

EXACT SAME EFFECT as noted above.

When will this issue be resolved? Not going to use Arcanist class until you guys fix this issue.

New day, new Arcanist. Not running a new questline, doing the Harborage (just freed Lyris). Same problem: killed a baddie, unable to use any normal pick-up/look/talk actions. Option not there. Unable to open door to go deeper into level; option ("E") no there. RElogged.

Can't keep relogging every time it bugs, guys, and I can't be the only one with this issue. Yes, I've reinstalled app. Yes, I created different toons (all Arcanists). Fix it. Been 6 days since first reporting the bug.

Does dodge roll work? There's a bug going around and dodge roll seems to help when you can't interact with something.

Created new toon (Dragonknight) of esdtablished race; running A Keep's Ransom. Just led hostages to safety, instructed to "talk to Seeks-The-Dark". "E" option not available. Reload UI option not available; reset keymaps doesn't help. Relogged; working again.

Fix this.

You know, you MIGHT wanna mention the platform and server you're playing on... As well as describe stuff more clearly. E.g., it's impossible to guess what do you mean by "E" option being not available (no visual, is it grayed out, or just nothing happens), much less, what does reload UI option not available means -- does it just not reload or what...

Fair question, Mree. Using NA server, running under Windows 10 (latest patches, nVidia drivers up to date). I believe the current (installed) release is 9.0.6 (according to crawler, maybe Update/Release 38), but nothing in launcher (v1.3.6.2699268) or app gives me an exact app version/release number.

By "what do you mean by 'E' option not being available, I mean that any time after any interaction when one must needs hit the "E" key on the keyboard (speak, loot, read, etc) the option isn't there. I could be standing next to, on top of, or anywhere around an item (object) and the "E" key isn't presented on-screen as an option and pressing the "E" key does nothing.

The "F" key (if a levelling occurs as a result of the interaction) works fine; however, the "E" key (for example, to loot or read something) does not present itself for selection (ie, "does not work").

I tried the "roll" option and it does appear to reset the bug associated with my ticket, however, given that it now happens after approximately 90% of ALL kills of any kind, it's getting foolish to do a roll every 30 seconds in-game. I'm sure you understand that.

Created new Nord Dragonknight, running quests in Western Skyrim. Same issue. So it's not a toon issue, it's not an install issue (I've re-installed twice now since the Arcanist release (or whatever you're all calling it), and (IIRC) two updates have been installed since then. If there is a way to enable troubleshooting/logging that I can enable to send somewhere I will happily do so. Unable to post screencaps or log files on this forum evidently.
