Cannot access daily quests in Necrom

When I enter Necrom with my new arcanist character, there are no quest markers or npcs where the daily quests should be. They are there on all my other characters. Do new characters have to do something in order to access the daily quests?
This is on Xbox NA server.

✭✭✭✭✭Also, there is an NPC near the quest givers that introduces them. Try talking to him, that might unlock them. I did not have to, but it has been a thing in the past.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Barrenjer✭✭Could be a minimum level. Although, I can see/get the daily quests in other areas like Summerset and Elsweyr. The problem is there are no NPCs in that area where they should be. It’s just empty. There is no one to talk to, no quest markers or anything.0

Djennku✭✭✭✭✭I believe you need to be level 10 to start the daily quests. They changed that not too long ago,@Djennku, PCNA.
