Crux is Expiring DURING Combat

The intention of the patch notes did not specify that Crux would expire during combat. As this is a substantial blow for support Arcanists, I would hope that this is addressed as unintentional.

To add on to this, I've also had an issue where the first crux generator in combat doesn't generate crux, even if it lands. Might be a 'skill is set to generate crux when pressed & in combat, and technically you weren't in combat when you pressed it as your first skill' thing. Works fine if I take a bit of setup for DoTs and whatnot first.

This is VERY noticeable with Runeblades and it's morphs, and something I and many others have reported before. Sadly, it wasnt addressed in the latest patch.

The first cast will not give you crux if you're using it to engage a fight, ever. So if you use Runeblades as a main spammable, it takes 4 casts to reach max crux. On the other hand, Runic Jolt will always give you a crux. So the assumption is that this is an oversight. Not sure if skills other than Runeblades have this problem, but with Runeblades being one of the first skills you get, it's immediately noticeable. Unfortunately, no response from ZOS.
