error 206 from today, restart fixes it

live server + pts - getting occasionally "error 206 - patch manifest....." when starting from steam(no idea if happens on eso launcher)
gives me repair either on live or on pts - restart (1 or 2) fixes it.
just posting it here to save waiting for repair to whoever reads it.

Vicquemare✭✭I got the same launcher error after today's Steam update. I was able to log into the game straight from the eso64.exe though1 -
