Since a few updates ago, I have been facing increasingly horrendous lag in the overworld - anywhere that has anything remotely resembling a population.
Like, my FPS drops from 60 to literally single figures, and my ping shoots up into the multi-hundreds.
This can last anywhere from 20-30 seconds or even a minute, after loading a new area. Worse in really highly populated places such as Vivec City crafting site.
Since it happened after an update, I believe it was a result *of* the update. It was a sudden change in the way the game worked for me, that came at exactly the time of an update (36, I believe).
The so-called server refresh a few weeks ago made it SLIGHTLY better for a couple of days, then it reverted again.
I had never had this situation before, outside of an encounter with a Cyrodiil ball-group. Now it is happening in PVE areas.
