The Lorebook on the table by the wayshrine in Dune, Reapers March, fell through the table. It is unreachable.

✭✭✭✭This happens frequently with books placed on furnishings rather than the ground.
You can run away out of render distance and come back. You can also try relogging. Eventually it will render correctly.
They’re aware this happens with things like books and chests. They don’t seem to have figured out how to address it or if they want to.1 -
