[PC] Vateshran Hollows' "Scattered Spirits" achievement bugged for remnants

Hello.
Tried few times already to do the Spiritblood achievment for Void pitch black color in Vateshran Hollows.
But cant get it because The fortitude remnant , even i have the orb, is not counting towards the achievment "Scattered Spirits"
I can loot it but it dosnt count.. reinstaled game, cleared all caches , restarted few times and it still bug. As you see i looted the remmnant and the essence.

    So just made another run. nothing, then reseted it again and it worked.. BTW i posted the wrong screenie there .. its the red one remnant.
