Something wrong with the PC-EU servers since the patch today?

Hello. I run the game from Steam and am able to access and play on the PC-NA server, but whenever I try to play on PC-EU (my main server) I get the dreaded "Unexpected Error" report. I've followed all the steps (restarting steam, etc.) but to no avail. Was able to play fine on NA, so I'm assuming the problem is on your end, but there's no report on the server status page.

The day before today's patch started to have connection problems on the European server. Now after the prevention all remains! Going into the game, passes 5 minutes and all ... ping skyrockets:( Skills do not pass, loot does not pick up. In extreme cases, all hangs and the game with an error exits to the password screen! Deal with the server already! Play impossible. And how well that I did not pay for a subscription Plus....
No problems with the network on my part is not 100%. In other online games and MMOs everything is working fine and there are no problems with connection. Antivirus software also does not block anything. Tried running it with or without it. And why is it here, when two days ago, all work fine!

The patch notes today said there was a timer that prevented switching servers. Maybe you have to wait out the timer for server swap to work.
