I got true way clay dials from volcanic vents but when I collected the item it did not appear in my antiquity folder for me to scry.

This is a glitch as I have since ran the vent multiple times and gotten every other golden lead from them in Galen from the music box to the barkroot blessing and the True way clay dails won’t drop ever again on any other character even when I log in and sign out so the game acknowledged me picking it up but never added it to my collection.
