Old Orsinium door bugged [Xbox NA]

Hey, this was probably already mentioned before but the interior door in old orsinium is bugged, I am unable to enter even after I completed the quest there. This is on Xbox NA.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

ZOS_BilladminWe are aware of an issue where players are unable to access Old Orsinium if they are not currently on or have already completed the quest "Flames of Forge and Fallen". This issue will be resolved in a future update and you will be able to reenter it.
