[ANSWERED] Either increase of character slots or class change token

As we get a new class for some people who have already spent all 18 available slots for their characters would be forced to delete at least one of their characters to be able to play the new class. This may be very hard on some players to delete a lvl 50 character to create a new one.
So I ask the developers to either introduce a class change token (probably won't happen) or AT LEAST increase number of maximum chars from 18 to 20.

At the very least you shouldn't get dropped from group if you are switching characters if a different role is needed for a group in dungeons or trials. Now I'd say lock out weekly quests, or other rewards, so people aren't swapping multiple times in a trial or something. It's annoying though when you are running like pledges with friends. Trying to do several rounds or randoms and everytime you have to drop group then reinvite etc.
It would also allow you to join the queue then play on a different character or something then switch when the queue pops instead of just standing around waiting.0 -

Good to learn that you are in the fortunate position to collect every snipet of information dropped somewhere by the developers whereas I have to resort to read one or two announcements due to lack of time as I have to earn my living and have other duties as well.

We should be able to change our appearance too whenever we want but nope they gated it behind the crown store.0
