I'm unable to start this quest completely. It's part of the main Rivenspire story. I've tried starting this quest on multiple characters and as soon I get done the previous quest, the questline just breaks. I can't finish the Rivenspire story which also means I can't work on Cadwell's either

noblecron✭✭✭✭I'm still unable to start the second Rivenspire quest. I was hoping this latest maintenance would fix it but it didn't. There's no way to initiate the quest. Verandis nor Emeric have a quest marker and dialogue does not initiate. It's happening across multiple characters of mine. I've submitted a couple bug reports about this issue but they seem to be swept under the rug sadly

noblecron✭✭✭✭Just to confirm it happens across multiple characters I took pics. Zone guide says I can start the second quest but the marker never shows. In game username is @nobleboivin.
