Can't open my Style Page: Encratis' behemoth shoulder

Gold Style Page: Encratis' behemoth shoulder, I can't open it for collections. I've tried depositing in the bank, using another character to open. Nothing happens.

It's a known issue and should be fixed with an incremental patch
