[BUG!?]I got huge Champion point after new patch U35

I didn't use any of cheating program though, but after layout 150point blue CP,
I got more huge number of CP again. Is this bug or what? :o

My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

    I just had the same thing happen on my account in EU (I play both NA and EU)

    I tested this situation by my second character. But it never happens again.
    Only first attempting after patch, it'll happen.

    In my case I got 65382 extra blue Champion Point.
    My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
