Game CRASHES every time switch toons or Log out

inly hapopens on this one computer, other 2 and ps4 work fine. When i want to switch toons
(like in this do a dungeon get a crate event...)
I get a little box that says in windows "ESO has stopped working - checking for problem"
every once ibn a while i get the eso crash screen to ask me what I am doing but that is about 1 out of 20 switches
i repaired game, I deleted user files and then repaired game - neither of these fixed it
