Isobel’s Favor accept a duel achievement still bugged….

Even after the patch today (July 6th) on console, it is still impossible to complete Isobel’s Favor achievement and therefore the A Knight’s Best Friend, Candies and Cutpurses achievements, AND Isobel’s keepsake is impossible to get. No matter what I do, I cannot get the task of “Accept a Duel” to complete in the achievements.
