Steadfast manor has a few cabinets that have the "steal from" prompt but a message saying "target is out of range" pops up when you try to loot them. When digging up the igneous rock lead for the Oakensoul ring, I found a bonus treasure and at the end of my time it said "no bonus loot found". There is a treasure chest that spawns at the bottom of a pond and it cannot be opened ( I know this isn't totally helpful as it isn't descriptive enough, however I will update this when I can get the name of the area, I just didn't want to forget about it).
