Lady Thorn Style Pages not appearing in guild traders.

The Lady Thorn Style Pages are not showing up in guild traders. When trying to search it comes up with 0 results. Is anyone else able to look it up? I'm on Xbox NA. I've seen it drop for some people, so I know its in game.
