Unable to patch / repair Error 104

Hey all. I've been trying to resolve this issue by reading every thread and help article in existence, but can't seem to fix it. This doesn't tell me how much space is needed, but I do have 57 GB of free space. Surely the patch can't exceed even half of that. Any ideas of what to try before the dreaded uninstall and reinstall of the entire game? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

tactx✭✭✭✭✭Update - I did also try turning off antivirus / windows defender as well. That didn't help either.
Update 2 - I found a log in the launcher folder created today and came across the below. I guess that's saying this PATCH is 69.67 GB? That seems odd. Is that accurate or is it some glitch / error?
