Why is the Cyrodil map missing delve markers?

Why can I not see the delve markers, especially once I have been to the delve, on the Cyrodil map?

They are hidden as a default to reduce number of map pins in cyrodiil. You can turn them on from the map settings.

I'm experiencing the exact issue, delve pins disappear ONLY in Cyradiil once completed. What map settings exactly controls this? I don't see delves under filters. Thanks

It's "Objectives," the very first option under Map -> Filters.
