Hi @ZOS_GinaBruno ,

I've reviewed the two iterations of the PTS patch notes but I don't see any mention of Zanil Theran moving from Coldharbour to Craglorn. However, the Craglorn map suggests Zanil will be moving.

    I noticed this too, although he's not there. (I guess just for weekends, as he usually is.)

    Will he be moving here just for events, perhaps? Or just for the Zeal of Zenithar event? Or permanently?

    I didn't see a place for him.

    The festival grounds are very cool. I wondered if they're going to be permanently occupied, except for the Impresario and the Indrik Merchant? Or will they be sad and abandoned for most of the year?

    Kind of related questions, I think.

    If I recall correctly, this is an old UI error. Either it's cropped up again, or they never really fixed it, but I recall something about him being incorrectly listed in Belkarth from ages ago patch notes.

    EDIT: It's possible they've now decided to move him but we don't really need more players flocking to Belkarth on the weekends. I rarely like going there as it is, but on weekends it can get crazy by the wayshrine (not sure where the tent is). So, I hope he stays in the Hollow City.

    There are a lot of tents and new NPCs added for the Zeal of Zenithar event, including a new furnishing kiosk. I would assume that during the ZoZ event that he will be temporarily relocated to this tent.

    It did say in the patch notes that luxury furnishing will be 10% discounted during the event so it may be to encourage more people to use the luxury vendor in a place they already have to go to. Not sure which week the event will take place, so which items will be in the vendor that week.

    I don't know if anyone else checked this out during the weekend to see where he actually was on the PTS, but this is the answer to that: At least on the PTS (which is never really an answer as to what's definitely going to be on live), and only during the event (which also isn't an indication about what things will be like after it's over) -

    He was in both locations. At the festival, he was next to the tent with the Master Furnisher. In the Hollow City, he was in the same place he's been since he moved out of Cicero's.

    He was selling the same things he was selling on the live servers.

    Thanks for this! I tested on the weekend and saw him at the festival, but I didn't think to port to the HC to see if he was also there. The question remaining is whether he will only show up in Belkarth during the event, or if he'll still be there when the festival is over. Likely the former, but today's patch notes weren't entirely clear.

    It would be nice if he offered a new selection for this event, but likely he won't. Also, I saw the Master Furnisher NPC as well as some others that look like they should be vendors, but you can't interact with them. I guess they're just there to provide flavor.
