A while back ZOS changed snares so that when you have multiple snares on you they are not additive, but rather the game chooses the strongest one and snares you for that value. This means that if you combine sea serpents coil with ironblood and they both proc, you won’t be snared for 90%, you will only be snared for 50% due to ironblood and completely avoid the drawback of sea serpents coil.
If this combination exists in this capacity the integrity of dueling will be completely out window as these builds will have far too easy access to godlike damage and mitigation. If you are not running this set combination in duels next patch, you will be at a severe disadvantage; which doesn’t sound fun for anyone. Please change the drawback on sea serpents coil or make it additive with other snares so it’s drawback can’t be so easily avoided by slotting ironblood.
