Purple Torchbug Reward Missing!

So today if you watched the High Isle stream for 45 minutes you were supposed to receive the purple torchbug. And if you had already received it in previous years gone by you get NOTHING! And to add insult to injury, I get an email saying I redeemed the code and it was added to my collections! I did not receive anything! Sure I would have watched the stream today even if nothing was offered. But the point is you were supposed to receive something as an incentive to watch it for a certain amount of time. Under normal circumstances when buying crates if you have an object already you at least get gems for the value. But to get nothing? You could have at least figured out that since this particular pet was offered in previous stream you could have had one of a different color or something!

Ariont✭✭✭I looked back through my emails and it was given as a reward for watching the" ESO Dark Heart of Skyrim Year-End Preview!" in Sept. 2020. As I stated previously that it should not have been too hard to make it a different color or something since it had already been awarded previously.
I would have watched the stream even if nothing was going to be awarded because I have been playing since beta and very vested in the game. However, if you are told you will receive something in return I expect to receive either what was offered or something equivalent.
If the code is indeed shareable, which I seriously doubt, I could at least use it on my alt account.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Check your Collections, Non-Combat Pets, Flying Pets to see if you've already got the Purple Torchbug. If you do, then you got it from either this stream or a previous stream. You cannot get it again if you already have it.
If you don't have it yet, and were not able to get it today, you will have a few more chances to get it in a few more days during one of the international post shows and recaps; see the list at the end of the announcement:

OP apparently already has it from a previous stream, so this whole thread is a complaint that they weren’t given something in place of the one they already had.
