Weekly Endeavor: Kill 30 Group Bosses, WWBs in Deadlands does not count.

People in Zone chat are frustrated that the WWBs are considered world bosses and take multiple people to fight them and they have more health but they are not counting towards the weekly endeavor goal.
Thoughts? And will this be changed in the future?
Edited for clarity: the WWBs are the "Wandering World Bosses," they are Havocrels. Like the ones in Black Drake Villa but only bigger, stronger, and tougher. A lot tougher. So far, WWBs can only be found in the Deadlands.
