Crashed trying to log out now it won't let me log in. 
Says the account is already logged in.

✭✭✭✭✭Keep trying, it will let you in eventually.
This happens to me multiple times per night since U33. The client crashes but the session is still connected to the server. The servers terminate sessions after a few minutes, and you’ll be able to login.
Sometimes if you get unlucky you’ll get a “lost lobby connection” when trying to log back in, restarting the cycle. But you’ll be able to get back in eventually.Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you. ~Friedrich Nietzsche0 -
