Entered wailling prison, game now unplayable

I spoke to the hooded figure and benefactor after finishing Kenarthi's Roost and was transported into the wailing prison. A couple rooms in I am supposed to block a Dremora and when it comes over to whack me it stops and just stands there with weapon raised. I cannot log out, unstuck, or anything because I am in combat... need to alt F4 out of the game that I am quite literally stuck in... help please. This is incredibly frustrating.

    After over an hour of messing around I was able to move my character after doing /reloadui but could only move while casting a heavy attack... I guessed that my summoned creature was taunting the Dremora and while continuously casting heavy attacks tried to run back to the beginning of the wailing prison... I quit using alt F4, zoned back in, removed my clannfear, quit again to reload... finally at this point I was able to carry on and finish the wailing prison. What a PITA... seriously this needs to get fixed.
