I would like to request help for lifting the social ban bug from a fellow player that doesn't have a forum account.

Mind having a look to help resolve the issue? He cannot play and is one of the few group leaders left for the Aldmeri faction in Cyrodiil. (very hard to use NPCs)

I just checked in with Customer Support and this ticket has been addressed with the player. We cannot share what the outcome of tickets are outside of the parties involved. If they have any additional questions, they should follow up with the response given, or they can create a forum account and we can assist via DM further.
