Leveling Bug

So I started a new character, got to level 15 and cannot collect the rewards. I chose the staff and then claim the reward, will not activate. So i tried to remove the old staff and I can`t, I then tried to move it to the backbar and I was able to. Still cannot get the rewards.

✭✭✭✭Dumb question, but is your inventory full?
The game won't allow you to collect anything that takes inventory space if you don't have enough room. Try vendoring or banking some of your stuff and then try to collect again.
Also, are you selecting the item in the level up screen and then finalizing it (hitting OK, or whatever?)Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS2
