One of the Undaunted - Spindle Clutch possible bug

My Character is level 16 on the Glennumbra map. Currently trying to do the 'One of the Undaunted' quest which is level 12; this requires me to enter Spindle Clutch. I try and go inside and receive a message telling me my veteran rank is not high enough. hence i cannot get inside.
Your immersion is breaking my entitlement. Buff Sorc's.     Try changing dungeon difficulty setting from veteran back to normal, in grouping options.
    Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.
