Stomping Sinmur Quest (Absolutely Broken)

So Jorunn and the others are just huddled in a group not moving towards the top of the deadric ruin, the quest says Defeat the Worm Cultists and ALL of them are defeated.

I've logged out and back in, same position and not moving. I've abandoned the quest and started it again, they are still stuck in the same position (the quest wont restart). I've abandoned the quest and then logged out and in and they are still in the same position, the quest never restarted even after talking to Jaldur (cant remember his name) outside of Trollhetter by the wayshrine.

I literally cannot proceed.

Help!

UPDATE: I can't event use the Quest Assistance in the help menu of the game because I can't actually select the Quest title when it asks me.

UPDATE #2 .... "FIX"

I abandoned the quest, this time I got a guildie to invite me to a group so I would travel to them and change instances. Left group and then travelled back to Trollhetta, accepted quest and when I went in, this time the worm cultists showed up but Jorunn wasnt there to give his speech. Killed the worm cultists and ran into them where they were stuck on the stairs leading up to Sinmur. This time they moved far enough for Sinmur to spawn and for me to finish the quest.

Things of note: Jorunn's allies Holgunn, Walks-In-Ash and Valdam walk in the same line, even when the campions showed up they all stood on top of each other.
