Can't log in, says password is incorrect/inactive?

I cannot log in to the game today (12/15). I get the 'Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time.' popup.
The account web interface is also unavailable. It throws a Java error on Firefox and gives a '500 Internal Server error' on MS Edge. Trying to reset my password is also not possible, as the email link sends me to a '404 page not found'.
Not a happy camper right now. At all.

I can't edit my post, but I should add that I play on PC-NA (also can't log in on PC-EU, FWIW); and my game account is same as my forum handle, (theskymoves).0 -
