Can't log in, says password is incorrect/inactive?

I cannot log in to the game today (12/15). I get the 'Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time.' popup.

The account web interface is also unavailable. It throws a Java error on Firefox and gives a '500 Internal Server error' on MS Edge. Trying to reset my password is also not possible, as the email link sends me to a '404 page not found'.

Not a happy camper right now. At all.

I can't edit my post, but I should add that I play on PC-NA (also can't log in on PC-EU, FWIW); and my game account is same as my forum handle, (theskymoves).

"Password incorrect" in game.
Internal Server Error (500) on web site.

Seems to be an issue on their side.

Having the same issue. Made me panic a bit that something could have happened to my account.

Same issue here. It's irritating, but at least I know I'm not the only one and thus it's unlikely I was hacked.
