Tried to Submit ticket, unable to log in
Please help.

But Jerry with Technical support hooked me up. And he resolved the problem. He was really awesome, he took the time to investigate rather than that standard yes/no-then-try-this BS arrow chart that lousy tech support companies give you most of the time. Im not the most tech savvy but im not a wet match in a dark cave, he figured out what was wrong, and when we thought it was something else he knew to do next but it was resolved before then. Jerry is one cool dude in my book.0 -
